The people of passenger handling service is trained in order to have high level of customer service as well as the ability to apply all the airport procedures including the passport and ticket checks. From the other side, the people of ramp services is well trained in order to ensure the highest level of a safe and efficient aircraft handling, whereas cargo services people are equipped with the necessary skills to accept, handle, and ship all types of goods.

The training department aims to provide to our people a supportive learning environment while giving them the opportunity to act on the training programs which are prepared according to Goldair Handling standards.
