Introduction of HR

We in HR, strongly believe that it is not only the technical skills of people that make them professionals but more importantly it is their personality and their adaptability to diverse situations, cultures and work teams. Therefore the selection of potential candidates is a process of psychometric tests, skill tests as well as discussion with operational and HR professionals.

We follow an annual management system of our peoples’ development performance whereby our people together with their managers set the goals of areas they want to focus and achieve. We, in Goldair Handling also believe that our people should have a 360° view of all departments in order to enhance teamwork and professional knowledge.

Most of our senior staff started their career as seasonal staff so the opportunity of promotion is always in the hands of our people!
