Passenger Handling

The passenger handling service is considered the most crucial link in the passenger service ‘chain’, since customer satisfaction and airlines operation are highly dependent upon the level of such service.

Our passenger service agents are thoroughly trained professionals who accommodate passengers’ needs, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

The main DCS system used throughout the entire network is AMADEUS-RTB while in 2014 the ALTEA platform of Amadeus will be available for our customers. However a variety of other DCS systems (12 in total) are widely used and supported according to our customers’ preferences.

The Ticket Sales Desk at Athens International Airport is located in the Main Terminal Building, at Departure level.

Flight reservations and tickets issuance are performed on several reservation systems some of which are Amadeus Pro-Temp, Gabriel, Sabre, Altea. Moreover, upon customers’ requirements we host several systems including simplified internet based system. Major credit cards, Avcard, Air Routing Card and cash payments are accepted.

Ticket Sales Desks are also available in the entire network in Greece, Cyprus and Bulgaria (both terminals in Sofia).
