Our people

To show our appreciation, we organise annual corporate events and social responsibility actions to honour our people and their families. 


Every two years we run an anonymous satisfaction survey for our internal customers.


We also run an «Open Door» policy where systematic meetings are held with the top management.

Our people are our most important resource and we invest in them. Ever since they join our team, we aim to make them feel motivated and connected to our corporate values:

We ensure that the newly hired employees are well integrated in Goldair Handling’s team through an initial training procedure and an introductory seminar, which familiarizes them with the policies, the internal rules and the culture of the company. 

We pursue the concept of life-long learning and for that reason, we offer trainings on a regular basis according to each specialization to maximize our employees’ abilities and skills. 

Our people’s development is our priority. Thus a Talent Management Program is in place to ensure further development of our people, as well as internal appointments and promotions of new job openings and positions. 

We have also built several recognition programs to reward an excellent practice and encourage them keep up with the good work.

Through our open channels of communication, we run an «Open Door» policy. Systematic meetings are held with the top management and front line employees including all 26 stations we are operating at.
